Time:  Saturday, June 22 (1:00-5:00pm, 5:30-7 with dinner conversation) and Sunday, June 23 (8:00am-12:00pm, with 12:00-1:00pm for next steps and action plan)
Location:  Hershey Lodge & Convention Center in Hershey, PA (prior to annual PACAC Conference)
Total Number of Attendees: 15 maximum 
Registration: Opening in March


Program Description:
The PACAC Admission Middle Management Institute serves as a unique professional development opportunity for mid-level leaders within the field of college admission. The workshop is designed to foster collegiality and transparency in the exchange of insight critical to professional advancement. MMI challenges participants with content suggested as essential to the successful growth trajectory of mid-level admission professionals: strategic planning, budget management, staff management, data and technology management, and more. The leadership and facilitators of this workshop utilize small group discussions, promising practices, and expert panels to cultivate life-long professional competencies and connections. This workshop is ideal for those with at least 3-7 years of experience within the field.

Costs:

  • $150 for PACAC members, $175 for PACAC non-members
  • Price include most meals and workshop materials
  • PACAC provides financial support to attend PACAC professional development opportunities through the Counselor Assistance Program Grants
