PACAC College Fairs - Fall 2025
for all Pennsylvania students  

All are welcome to attend! Please register for a barcode at www.StriveFair.com.
Show your barcode to colleges who will scan it to send you more information about their schools. The day after the fair, you will receive a report with information about each college with whom you scanned.  All PACAC College Fairs are free of charge to students, families and counselors.

For college, university and vendor representatives:
Our College Fairs Committee strives to create regional fairs for the convenience of students, parents, high school counselors and college admission representatives. While each fair is organized by a regional committee, all are supported by our College Fairs Committee. All participating representatives must adhere to our college fair guidelines.

**There are only a few tables available for Delaware.  All tables at Berks and Bucks are currently filled.  
Colleges/Vendors looking for tables at the fair, should contact Andrea at i[email protected] to be placed on the wait lists.

To take advantage of Early-Bird rates (listed below), please register by Friday, September 5th. 
Regular rates will be applied after that date.

Degree-Granting and Professional Certificate-Granting Institutions - Registration is closed
(4yr & 2yr colleges, technical and career schools) 
Institutional Members enjoy discounted rates:  $125 Early-bird; $165 Regular
Nonmembers:  $165 Early-bird; $230 Regular

Vendors - Registration is closed
(trade unions, banks, branches of the military, student lending companies, test preparation companies, 
university-affiliated summer programs, dual-enrollment programs, study abroad programs, etc.)
Approved Vendor may attend:  $250
