Description:
NACAC has had a guide to ethical practice in admissions since 1937. In 2017, the United States Department of Justice identified elements of the statement that they considered to be in violation of the Sherman Antitrust Act. As a result, the 2020 Assembly approved the new Guide to Ethical Practice in College Admission as a statement of recommendations that the Assembly believes best promotes ethical and best practices in college admission. What does it mean for you? And what is coming next?
(Note: This is a highly interactive workshop that will have at least two breakout sessions.)
