The Gary M. Kelsey Human Relations Award

Gary Kelsey

The Gary M. Kelsey Human Relations Award is awarded to an, organization, secondary school, or college counselor who makes outstanding and voluntary contributions for the betterment of the community and students, particularly those who advance the human dignity of minorities and/or the disadvantaged.

Gary started his career at Allegheny College, then moved to University of Colorado, University of Pennsylvania, Penn State, Binghamton University, and Thiel College.  Gary served as NACAC Vice President of Human Relations while at Penn State and NACAC President while working at Binghamton University in 2000.
