In 2017, the United States Department of Justice identified ele ments of the statement that they considered to be in violation of the Sherm an Antitrust Act. As a result, the 2020 Assembly approved the new Guide to Ethical Practice in College Admission as a statement of recommendations tha t the Assembly believes best promotes ethical and best practices in college admission. What does it mean for you? And what is coming next? (Note: This is a highly interactive workshop that will have at least two breakout sessions.) After atte nding this workshop, you will:
