Admission Counselor and Support Staff Workshops

Our Professional Development Committee coordinates a variety of online and in-person workshops for admission counselors and support staff.  These workshops are held throughout the year and many locations covering all parts of the state.

  • College Counseling Workshops - Engaging sessions are offered throughout the year at locations in the southeastern, northeastern, south central and western regions of Pennsylvania for aspiring, novice and experienced college counselors to learn about prominent issues in the profession while networking with counselors from other institutions.

  • Hershey Workshops - An afternoon of workshops for counselors of all experience levels is held in advance of the Hershey Regional College Fair at the Hershey Lodge.  *This event was canceled for Fall 2020

  • Main Line Workshops - An afternoon of workshops for counselors of all experience levels is held in advance of the Main Line Regional College Fair. 
    This event was canceled Spring 2020 and Spring 2021
  • August Admission Workshops - An intense day of training for new admission counselors with less than one year of experience and secondary school counselors of all experience levels.
  • Support Staff Workshop - This unique opportunity for college and high school support staff members is usually held concurrently with the August Admission Workshops.
  • PACAC Online Workshops - PACAC is excited to offer numerous online workshops! Topics and dates of workshops will be added often.
